ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) helps you simplify and enhance the efficiency of digital service delivery. The methodology includes 34 practices developed based on internationally recognized best practices.
During the course, participants will gain essential knowledge on how businesses can generate valuable outcomes through one of the world’s leading methodologies and the effective delivery of digital services.
