The Macro World with Micro-Softs
Microsoft Teams is one of Microsoft 365’s flexible tools for increasing productivity, communication, collaboration, and working in a secure environment. It combines chat, video meetings, document storage, project management, and more through its built-in functionality and integrated applications.
Through Teams, productivity is enhanced for both the organization and individual users:
- Different communication channels on one platform (closed, open, thematic);
- Easily searchable and organized documents;
- Simultaneous work on projects and documents;
- The ability to use and add different applications, both in the group and in the channel (for example, for monitoring projects – Planner; for managing tasks – To Do; for daily work – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others);
- Use of a whiteboard.
Additionally, through Teams, organizations can:
- Use a common space to encourage employees;
- Exchange news with the team;
- Conduct fun team activities (Kahoot);
- Conduct surveys (Polls, Forms).
In accordance with the security policy, Teams is a modified application that allows you to exchange and save documents and hold meetings from anywhere.
